  • Skinny Pop (single serving bag) + nuts, like raw cashews (about 0.5 ounce or 7-8 whole cashews)

  • Sow Good Super Crackers + Almond butter or peanut butter, any nut butter (1 TBSP)

  • Cali’flour Foods Crackers + cheddar cheese (or any cheese) cubes (3-4 cubes or 1 oz)

  • Turkey Jerky + apple slices

Something all of these snacks have in common is not only do they satisfy a hankering for something salty and crunchy, but they also provide some always needed and satiating protein!
